Events Directory

The Club has a presence at many VW, van and camping events throughout the year, as well as running a series of camps for the members. If you go to a big event and you want to find us, look out for our yellow and black banner flags.  Wherever the Club has more than four vans gathered, there will most likely be tea, coffee and cakes!

Below is a summary of forthcoming events the Club knows about. Some of these events are included even if the Club cannot attend.  If you wish to let us know about an event, run a camp or to recommend a campsite, please email the Camping Manager.

URGENT NOTICE - for any members wishing to camp with the Club at BVF. This show is now booked online, and so if you want to camp with the Club, BVF have to know about it. This ensures that the Club is allocated enough space. If you are a member and you have already booked but want to camp with us, please let the website manager know - email Clare here. 

If you have NOT booked yet you are too late!  Please note that there will be NO camping tickets on sale on the gates.

At Vanfest, you can camp with the Club if you are a member. To make this possible, please contact Keith Miller, the Events Manager.

Please note that Vanfest WILL NOT have camping tickets for sale at the gate this year. It is ENTIRELY a prebooked event. Make sure you get your tickets early.
