SOLD - 1974 VW Bay Camper for sale, reduced to £3000

Price £4000

Location: Moulton, Northamptonshire

1.6L unleaded petrol engine.
12 months MOT and just serviced (oil & ignition).
Road tax until September 2008.

Features:

  • Tin top with sky light / air vent.
  • Leisure battery running interior lights and two 12V sockets.
  • Interior tidy and clear and ready for anything.
  • Full width bed.
  • CD changer.
  • Not original front seats - they might be from a Ford (but not sure). I've been told they are more comfortable than the originals!

Outside looking tatty in places worst being bottom of sliding doors, where the sliding door handle used to be (the previous owner has removed the handle and smoothed over the door), plus front passenger side. See photos.

Used a few times so far this year for camping trips but not finding enough time to use it hence selling to someone who can hopefully make better use.

Have moved house due to relationship woes and need a quick sale, hence the price drop to £3000.

Will throw in drive away awning into the bargain.

New address is Abington, Northampton NN3.

Please feel free to join in with these forums.  We put them on here for a reason - to keep members in touch around the country and the world, even when there are no camps planned.  Conversation does not have to revolve around the Club, vans, VW or anything else necessarily linked to the rest of the site. 

However, we need to be sure that everyone knows the score. 

Please keep entries friendly.  We will remove or edit out unsavoury content, but we prefer that you avoid posting it in the first place.  Remember that people of all kinds read these pages, and the Club is supposed to be a fun place to be.  Anyone who persists in leaving foul messages will be struck off the users list, Club member or not.
