Hi I live in cardiff in South Wales and I'm looking at getting a valuation for my van. I've currently got it insured for 4k but looking in the shows simmilar vans are going for 8 or 9K asked my insurance company to double the value but they were keen on me getting a valuation. Any Ideas

How about using the clubs own valuation service??

If you contact the clubs valuation manager he will be able to work out a date for you. Alternatively how about attending the valuation rally in july?? you can email the valuation manager direct from the link on the events page.

The current cost of a valuation is £20 for members and £60 for non members.

In all case you must book the valuation through the valuations manager so that he can tell you what you need to bring along so that the valuation can take place.

Hi We used the clubs valuation service last month and can highly recommend it. As you our van was undervalued on the insurance.  There was also a couple of things on the van that needed attention and these were pointed out to us.  We also found the van had a different engine from the one on the log book so were able to notify the DVLA of this as well and get the details updated. Worth every penny
