Hi, I see that pre-booking for Vanfest has opened, where do you need to send the booking form for the club field?

ALL bookings for the club field at vanfest must be done through the events Coordinator, Keith Miller, who will then send back your tickets once he receives them from vanfest, which will be after august 1st. Please send a stamped addressed envelop with your payment to Keith Millar who's address can be found in the front of transporter talk.

Hi Les,

     Click on Events ,then Vanfest ,2008 Info and finally Cost and Tickets then download the form. the rest is easy even for a kite flying surfer          Regards Eddy

I am really sorry to bother you I was just wondering if someone could help. I am a bit of a newbie and was wondering if there was any possibility camping with the club at vanfest?
 
If so how do I go about this I checked out this forum and you said to fill out the form on vanfest's site and send it to Keith with payment, the problem is it said I would find the address in the magazine but as I am new I am not sure when I will receive mine I thought it best to ask I had to sell my soul to get time of work for vanfest so would like to get the tickets sorted as soon as possible.

If you click on the word 'events'  and scroll down the calendar till you get to Vanfest and you will see an e-mail link to our Event Coordinator Keith Miller. You could then e-mail your queries to him direct.

Ok so i have my advance ticket to camp at vanfest, So what happens if someone else wants to come with me and stay in my van but dose'nt have an advance ticket,

Please feel free to join in with these forums.  We put them on here for a reason - to keep members in touch around the country and the world, even when there are no camps planned.  Conversation does not have to revolve around the Club, vans, VW or anything else necessarily linked to the rest of the site. 

However, we need to be sure that everyone knows the score. 

Please keep entries friendly.  We will remove or edit out unsavoury content, but we prefer that you avoid posting it in the first place.  Remember that people of all kinds read these pages, and the Club is supposed to be a fun place to be.  Anyone who persists in leaving foul messages will be struck off the users list, Club member or not.
